Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting, with proficiency in embolization, coiling, ablations, and implants such as ports, pacemakers, and ICDs.
- Skilled in handling advanced devices including Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser, and thrombectomy tools.
- Strong knowledge of STEMI care with a focus on FTB/DTB times under 60 minutes.
- Ability to perform peripheral and electrophysiology procedures independently and confidently.
- Active ARRT(R) certification and state licensure (temporary license acceptable with application within 48 hours).
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with Siemens and Cannon imaging systems.
- Familiarity with EPIC and Cupid electronic medical records.
- Ability to work seamlessly within a high-efficiency STEMI team aiming for system-best D2B times.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic or cardiovascular technology background with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
- Previous exposure to advanced interventional procedures and device management.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to be assigned to an "Emergency Team" and stay at the facility until the event passes, with pay adjustments during emergency events.
- Ability to respond to calls within 30 minutes, with up to three times/week call rotation including weekends.
- Flexibility to work 8-10 hour shifts, five days per week, including every other weekend coverage.
- Valid state license to practice in cardiology/radiology.
