Job Description
The jump from CDL school to your first solo run doesn't have to be scary. Train one-on-one with an experienced driver, get paid every step of the way.
Pay Breakdown
- $850 per week during training, paid every Friday
- $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross once you're solo
- Top 20% of drivers bring in $1,800+ a week
- Safety and performance bonuses available
Home Time
- Weekly or bi-weekly options once you're running solo
How Training Works
- 4 to 6 weeks riding with an experienced mentor
- Direct transition to full solo pay once you're signed off
- Assigned your own truck after successful completion
Freight & Equipment
- No-touch dry van freight, Eastern Regional Fleet
- Company-paid fuel and tolls
- 24/7 dispatch support
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Accurate ELD log maintenance
- Timely, professional pickups and deliveries
- Clear communication with dispatch and customers
What You Need
- Valid Class A CDL
- 120+ hours of CDL-school training
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Clean hair and urine drug test
