We’re partnering with a high-performance digital marketing agency built by industry leaders with deep experience managing complex, large-scale advertising programs. They work with a mix of private equity-backed, venture-backed, and publicly traded companies, helping them drive measurable growth through precision-focused digital advertising.

This is a fully remote role, and a great opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who wants to get hands-on experience, work closely with senior strategists, and grow quickly in a performance-driven environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, identifying performance trends and opportunities
  • Support reporting and client communications with clear, data-backed insights
  • Assist with budget pacing and allocation across channels
  • Partner with senior team members on testing strategies across audiences, creative, and bidding
  • Stay on top of platform updates and emerging digital trends
  • Contribute to broader growth strategies across paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization

What they’re ideally looking for:
  • ~2+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
