This is a fully remote role, and a great opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who wants to get hands-on experience, work closely with senior strategists, and grow quickly in a performance-driven environment.
What youll do:
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor and analyze key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, identifying performance trends and opportunities
- Support reporting and client communications with clear, data-backed insights
- Assist with budget pacing and allocation across channels
- Partner with senior team members on testing strategies across audiences, creative, and bidding
- Stay on top of platform updates and emerging digital trends
- Contribute to broader growth strategies across paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization
What theyre ideally looking for:
- ~2+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
