We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Paid Media Manager to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Paid Media team, where you will play a central role in campaign planning, execution, and optimization. In this position, you will bring a deep understanding of the paid media landscape and a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build digital programs that deliver measurable business results. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic campaign briefs and work hand-in-hand with our paid media agency to bring campaigns to life-from concept through execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is passionate about paid media, thrives in a test-and-learn culture, and is energized by finding new ways to drive efficiency through scalable processes. This role offers broad visibility across AWS, partnering with teams spanning brand, integrated demand planning, finance, content studio, business intelligence, data science, digital strategy, and beyond. The role requires strong judgment, meticulous attention to detail, sharp problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Above all, customer obsession, creative thinking, and a genuine comfort with ambiguity are essential for success.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with a Senior Paid Media Manager to manage two large-scale global paid media campaigns end-to-end
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive campaign briefs
  • Build investment strategies and media plans, secure leadership alignment, and obtain required approvals to launch campaigns
  • Own campaign setup, execution, QA and day-to-day optimization
  • Measure campaign performance and deliver results reporting to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
