(NYSE: TKO).Role Overview This position supports the UFC marketing team with paid media activities for numbered events, brand marketing, and cross‑department initiatives. Responsibilities include managing digital media buying across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, programmatic platforms, Google Ads, YouTube, and other channels to drive event awareness, traffic, and tune‑in.Responsibilities Oversee campaign setup, scheduling, budgeting and audience targeting.Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs for each event or initiative.Establish relationships with vendors and account reps to maintain UFC's leading position.Stay current on digital trends and emerging platforms; recommend new channels and approaches.Analyze market trends to inform strategy.Collaborate with Commercial, CSR, Social, Digital, Brand, Creative, Production and other cross‑functional teams on media buying efforts and content development.Manage distribution of style‑guide assets, broadcast instructions and event decks to partners.Track and maintain the content‑marketing budget per event by region and report changes to finance.Create performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, media communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.3–4 years of marketing experience in media buying and social media; agency experience preferred.General knowledge of effective communications, mass media, publicity, advertising policies, community relations and organization structure in entertainment and sports events.Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively to senior management.Ability to analyze and manipulate datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.Strong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders.Effective written and oral communication skills.Discretion in handling confidential information.Proven understanding of marketing and advertising principles and creative thinking.Independence and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasked environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital/social media platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.).Professional, self‑starting, “get‑it‑done” attitude and work ethic.Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.Travel & Location Requires approximately 20% travel.
