About the Opportunity

icreatives is partnering with a publicly traded biotechnology company based in South Florida to identify a Paid Social & Content Marketing Manager. Our client is a fully integrated leader in biologic medicine focused on the research, development, and manufacture of new regenerative therapeutics. 

Role Overview

The Paid Social & Content Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You'll develop content strategies aligned with both business and scientific objectives, manage editorial calendars, and oversee creation of compelling written, visual, and video content.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, scientific, and sales stakeholders to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, compliant marketing assets. Day-to-day work includes monitoring performance analytics, running A/B tests on creatives and messaging, supporting PR initiatives, and iterating based on data.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging channels

Build and execute content strategies that support brand positioning, product launches, and scientific milestones

Own editorial calendars and coordinate multi-channel content: long-form, short-form, visual, and video

Partner with internal SMEs to distill technical/scientific information into clear, engaging, compliant messaging for target audiences

Lead A/B testing for ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance

Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and content performance; deliver actionable insights to refine strategy

Support PR efforts and other marketing initiatives as needed

Ensure all assets meet regulatory, brand, and quality standards for healthcare/life sciences

Qualifications

Proficiency in paid social media management: campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and budget stewardship

Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel content creation, ideally for healthcare or life sciences audiences

Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content editing with ability to simplify complex technical information

Comfort with marketing analytics, performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making

Familiarity with digital marketing tools including social ad managers, marketing automation platforms, and basic design or video tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare marketing is a plus, especially in highly regulated environments

Excellent collaboration, project management, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Work Location

Hybrid remote in Fort Lauderdale Miami, FL area. Candidates must be based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area.

Compensation

$80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year, dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
