Paid Social Marketing Manager (Contract)

We’re partnering with our client, a dynamic digital marketing company, to find a talented Paid Social Marketing Manager. This temporary role, based in our client’s location, offers an exciting opportunity to lead paid social campaigns and optimize performance strategies.

Paid Social Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to ensure effective campaign launch, management, and scaling.
• Establish and monitor measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to track campaign success.
• Lead testing initiatives such as incrementality tests, audience and creative experiments, and landing page improvements.
• Oversee operational processes including tracking setup, pixel management, and data quality assurance to ensure accurate measurement.

Paid Social Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in a high-growth consumer or digital environment.
• Proven expertise with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat; familiarity with YouTube advertising is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of full-funnel media planning, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, RCTs, and incrementality studies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
