Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning needs.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
  • Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques.
