Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and coordinate resident care under RN supervision in a long-term care setting
  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents as ordered
  • Record resident responses and complete documentation in EHR/EMR systems
  • Assist physicians during rounds and exams as needed
  • Support and supervise Nursing Assistants to ensure care plans are followed
  • Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and update care plans accordingly
  • Collect specimens, assist with transfers, and aid with post-mortem procedures when required
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and report safety hazards
  • Participate in team meetings, care plan conferences, and ongoing training
What You Need
  • Valid LVN or LPN license in Pennsylvania (active)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate attitude and passion for elderly care
  • Prior LTC experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome
  • Ability to pass physical and meet health standards
