Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.

Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a Paint Associate. As a Paint Associate you will assist the production paint line by washing parts, drying parts, plugging/tapping holes, loading parts onto the line, unloading parts off the line, and delivery parts to assembly areas. You will also be responsible for installing threaded inserts using a pneumatic gun as well as countersinking and taping holes on a plate using a radial arm drill.

2nd Shift Paint Associate:

Willing and able to learn all aspects of a production powder coating paint line
Possess strong quality conscious; be able to identify poor quality from process to process (including final paint finish)
Self-directed with good interaction skills.
Team oriented; strong communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed for customer fulfillment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand approximately 9 hours each day
Ability to maintain OSHA forklift certification
