What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Working Paint Foreman (Supervisor) who:
- A hardworking, reliable individual who doesn’t stop until the job is done right.
- A professional motivated to go above and beyond to deliver excellence.
- Minimum 5 years of residential painting experience and at least 2 years of manager/foreman experience.
- Proficiency in spraying techniques.
- Someone who is willing to perform heavy prep, paint, train the crew, and teach our proven painting methods to maintain our high standards on every project.
- Strong exterior and interior and residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing.
- Takes pride in delivering top-tier, detailed work. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient project completion. Manage timelines and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Can create and follow detailed checklists and procure necessary materials, etc.
- Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.
- Is ready to step onto the job site, learn our proven system, and lead projects to success.
- Aspires to grow and advance to higher leadership roles within our team.
- Valid AZ driver’s license and clean DMV record and ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Availability for some extended hours to tackle big projects and step into a leadership role.
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and some Saturdays as required.
