Job Title: Paint Laboratory Technician
Location: New Holland, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare paint panels and samples for laboratory testing.
• Perform routine color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, humidity, and paint performance tests.
• Operate lab equipment such as color spectrophotometer, WOM, corrosion chambers, humidity cabinets, ovens, and water immersion tanks.
• Record and maintain accurate test data and project documentation.
• Monitor tests and report abnormalities or deviations.
• Track color standards, samples, project status, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on sample/material timelines.
• Provide weekly status updates to cross-functional teams.
• Support paint color development and validation projects.
