Hiring: Paint Laboratory Technician Location: New Holland, PA Our client is hiring a Paint Laboratory Technician in New Holland, PA to support paint testing, color development, and brand color validation activities.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare paint samples and panels for testing Operate paint testing lab equipment Perform color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, and humidity tests Record and maintain test results and lab data Monitor tests and report any issues or deviations Track color standard requests and project status Share project updates with internal teams Follow up with teams for missing information Coordinate with suppliers on sample timelines Update project trackers and deadlines Maintain test records and communication files Support paint development activities Help schedule lab work and testing queues
Requirements: Paint laboratory testing and evaluation experience Paint/color development or color validation experience Experience with laboratory testing equipment and instruments Knowledge of color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, and humidity testing Strong data documentation and record-keeping skills Ability to monitor tests and identify abnormalities or deviations Supplier follow-up and project tracking experience Strong communication and organizational skills
