Champion Personnel is hiring Paint Line & Finishing team members
?? THE WORK
Depending on the department and assignment, you may work with processes including:
- Powder Coating
- Epoxy Coating
- Silver Plating
- Paint Line Operations
- Surface Preparation & Finishing
- Inspecting finished parts for quality
- Preparing and handling components before and after the finishing process
Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, plating, finishing, manufacturing, or production is a plus. If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and willing to learn, we want to talk to you!

1st Shift (1 opening)
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift — 4-Day Workweek! (6 openings)
Monday–Thursday
2:00 PM–12:30 AM
Weekend Shift — Work 3 Days! (2 openings)
Friday: 2:00 PM–2:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
