Location: Rantoul, IL Pay:$21.04 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime may be required.)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Paint Line Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing products while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Candidates with experience painting houses, wood products, cabinets, furniture, or working in an industrial paint booth are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Prepare products and surfaces for painting.
Apply paint using spray equipment and other painting methods as required.
Operate and work safely within a paint booth environment.
Inspect painted products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain consistent paint coverage, finish quality, and color accuracy.
Perform masking, sanding, and other surface preparation duties.
Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with production and other departmental duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous painting experience is required.
Experience painting wood products, cabinets, furniture, or residential/commercial houses is preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing paint booth is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
