Paint Line Helper/Loader As a Paint line helper/loader you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of parts onto and off the powder coating line. This role ensures proper part presentation for coating, maintains production flow, and supports overall line efficiency and quality. Duties/ Responsibilities:

Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee will frequently lift on average 20-50lbs throughout the course of 1 business day: higher weights with mechanical assist. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
