3rd Shift Paint Line Loader
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Production Associate to support our manufacturing and finishing operations on 3rd shift. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow by preparing components for painting, operating blasting equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accurate part identification and documentation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Shift: 7:30pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain production assembly line pace by providing support throughout the paint process.
- Hang and remove parts from the paint line conveyor system.
- Prepare components and surfaces for painting through scuff sanding, minor defect repair, tacking, wiping, and other surface preparation techniques.
- Operate scrapers, brushes, hand tools, pressure sprayers, hoists, overhead cranes, and other equipment as required.
- Blast products to prepare surfaces for painting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
