Phillips Staffing is looking for a 1st Shift Paint Loader for an innovative manufacturer of industrial/agricultural products in Anderson, SC! Responsibilities:

Inspection of parts for potential defects, blemishes, etc. and correcting the potential defect or blemish by sanding, scrapping
Prepare final product for top-coat painting
Remove hanging parts from overheard consisting of 25 – 75 lbs.
Read and follow instructions for process sheets, blueprints or other specifications to determine paint criteria
Maintain, operate and troubleshoot operations equipment for continuous work flow

Other Duties:

Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
Ability to work with small hand tools, pneumatic and electrical hand tools to apply and remove parts and assemblies
Ability to make quick and repeated control adjustments of machinery for continuous work flow
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company
Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to match or detect differences between colors
Ability to occasionally lift 25-75 lbs.

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, Occasional Overtime on FridaysPay Rate: $17/Hour
