What You'll Do as the Paint Prep Associate:- Perform all types of exterior and interior commercial painting work and surface preparation
- Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing and scraping
- Remove old caulking and caulk to prepare to paint
- Perform work with strict company and regulatory safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Paint Prep Associate Role:- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a company
- Ability to efficiently operate automated electro-static paint equipment
- Ability to use a handheld paint gun, hoppers, booth collection system, computer, oven, vacuum cleaner, color measurement equipment, light booth, and paint conveyor
