Job Title: Paint Prepper

Location: Columbus, Nebraska
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Paint Prepper to prepare parts and materials for the painting process in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on surface preparation, cleaning, and ensuring all parts are ready for high-quality finishing.
Responsibilities:
Prep parts for paint by sanding, grinding, masking, and cleaning
Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper surface condition
Organize and stage materials for the paint department
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Previous paint prep or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift 4050 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
