1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM — $21.04/hour 2nd Shift: Schedule TBD — $22.04/hour Overtime may be required.
We are seeking an Industrial Painter / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team producing commercial doors. The primary focus of this position will be painting, with additional production responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
Paint wood products and doors using various painting methods
Operate or work around paint booths and production equipment
Inspect products for quality and finish
Assist with door assembly, machining, material handling, staging, and packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous painting experience preferred, including wood, residential/commercial, or industrial painting
Familiarity with paint booths is a plus
Manufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is helpful
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday
