Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Paint Repair Technician I to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday & Saturday OT as needed

Salary Grade D

$21.00 - $24.95

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay 

Job Summary: 

The Paint Repair Technician I position is responsible for making a wide variety of repairs on cabinet components and moving product to the next processing next.

Job Duties: 

• Receives product to be repaired and prioritizes workload by scheduled shipping date.
• Reviews construction orders/paperwork and prioritizes work.
• Repairs scratches, gouges and defects on cabinet components, parts, trim by sanding, spraying, staining, highlighting, gluing, spatting, color matching, fogging, etc.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
• Coordinates the replacement of parts which cannot be repaired.
• Performs specialty finishing, burnishing, wearing, rub through, spatting, worm holes, and distressing.
