Job Description
Paint Sprayer & Finish Technician
Location: Orem, UT
Schedule: Monday Thursday 4:00pm 2:30am
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate hand spray guns to apply stains, sealers, lacquers, and wet paint.
- Mix paints and coatings according to production requirements.
- Review production schedules and prepare the correct colors and finishes.
- Inspect finished products and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain finishing material inventory.
- Support production operations through cross-training and teamwork.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a hand spray gun in a production environment.
- Previous experience applying wet paint, stains, sealers, lacquers, or other finishing products.
- Background in automotive, cabinetry, furniture, woodworking, or manufacturing finishing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Must be clean-shaven and able to wear a full-face respirator throughout the shift.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
