The Role at a Glance

The Painter is responsible for applying high-quality finishes (powder and wet spray) to a variety of industrial parts. You will manage the full lifecycle of the paint line-from loading and rigging to inspection and maintenance-ensuring every piece meets our "defect-free" gold standard.

  • Line Management: Load/unload the paint line, monitor real-time operations, and adjust settings to optimize flow.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished work against engineering standards to identify and correct defects immediately.
  • Operational Readiness: Perform rapid color changes and equipment cleaning while maintaining a strict "zero-contamination" environment.
  • Safety & Rigging: Use overhead cranes and specialized rigging to move materials safely through the facility.
  • Documentation: Read and interpret work orders to determine material specs, tolerances, and labeling requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting (Powder or Wet Spray) preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Ability to pass a vision test (corrective lenses are fine).

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and follow technical instructions.
