What You'll Do as a Painter:- Set up and operate powder coating and painting equipment
- Apply powder-coated paint using proper techniques and standards
- Load and unload parts on and off the paint line
- Measure and label parts accurately for identification
- Monitor and maintain paint booth systems and equipment
- Inspect products using measurement tools to ensure quality standards
- Enter work order data into systems for tracking and reporting
- Troubleshoot painting process issues and report equipment concerns
What You Need to Bring:- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Understand basic mechanical and manufacturing processes
- Distinguish colors accurately for inspection purposes
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Use basic computer systems for data entry and navigation
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods with or without reasonable accommodations
