Adecco is Hiring - Painter Location: South Fort Worth, TX Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Position Summary Adecco is currently hiring a skilled Painter to join a manufacturing team in South Fort Worth. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to equipment and surfaces while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. Key Responsibilities
Apply paint, varnish, stains, and coatings to various surfaces
Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and smoothing prior to painting
Operate spray equipment, sandblasters, compressors, and other tools
Mix and match paints to maintain or repair existing finishes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials
Requirements
3+ years of painting experience OR equivalent hands-on experience
Experience using spray equipment and painting tools required
Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Work Environment
Manufacturing/industrial setting
Exposure to paint fumes, machinery, and varying temperatures
PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
