Pay & Benefits:
$22-$25/hr starting pay
Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What You'll Do:
Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
Assist with light maintenance & make-readies
Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs
Requirements:
1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
