Apprentice Painter / Painter (Full-Time)
Spectrum Painting – Pompton Lakes, NJ
Spectrum Painting is hiring Apprentices and Painters to join our growing team.
No experience required for apprentices — we will train you.
If you’re reliable, motivated, and want steady work with room to grow, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $40,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience and role)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work available
What You’ll Do
- Prep surfaces and assist with painting
- Apply interior and exterior paint
- Clean and organize job sites
- Use ladders and tools safely
- Crew Leaders may oversee jobs and lead teams
