2nd shift premium:

• 15% shift differential
• 4,10-hour shifts M-Th

Weekend Shift Premium:
• Work 36 hours, paid for 40
• Plus 15% shift differential
• Equivalent to ~28% higher pay than base rate

The wage range listed is base pay before shift differential.

Position Summary

Painters perform a variety of tasks, including masking, sanding, painting, sandblasting, and minor equipment assembly.  Painters ensure that the parts have been correctly prepared and painted according to the required specifications for each job.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment.  Is expected to be highly familiar with all production operations.  Continuous lifting of 50 pounds.  Standing for long periods of time throughout the day.
