Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Painter/Blaster to to travel to Lubbock, TX Tuesday 5/5/26 for a 2 week project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation using abrasive blasting equipment.
- Apply paint and coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers following safety and quality standards.
- Inspect surfaces for rust, defects, and perform necessary repairs before painting.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous materials.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter/Blaster in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials.
- Ability to operate blasting equipment and paint application tools safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
