Painter Requirements + Job Duties

• Previous industrial painting, manufacturing painting, powder coating, spray painting, or paint line experience preferred.
• Knowledge of paint application processes, spray gun operation, coating thickness requirements, color matching, and quality inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, production documents, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industrial chemicals, cleaning solutions, paint materials, and proper PPE/safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and maintain consistent production standards.
• Ability to train and support team members on painting processes and equipment operation.
• Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, Kanban systems, or manufacturing documentation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Painter you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Painter helps keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by supporting production, quality, and material movement throughout the facility. This role requires strong work habits, flexibility, and commitment to workplace safety.
