We are looking for an experienced Residential Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience painting high-end residential homes, both interior and exterior, and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Prepare and paint high-end residential interiors and exteriors.
Perform all aspects of surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
Apply paints, stains, enamels, and specialty coatings using a variety of application methods.
Operate and maintain painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other professional tools.
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and finish.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and project managers throughout each project.
Identify and resolve issues while maintaining project timelines.
Qualifications
Required: Proven experience painting high-end residential homes, including both interior and exterior projects.
Proficient in all paint application methods, including brush, roller, and spray applications.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and premium paint products.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and project managers.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to lift, climb ladders, work from scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
