Volt is immediately hiring for Painterin Chatsworth CA.As a Painter you will Prepare and clean surfaces by sanding and wiping them with solvent Mask different surfaces as needed Load and off-load parts onfrom paint racks Mix and prepare primer and paint per manufactures instruction Check appropriate surface treatment and preparation prior to painting Spray primer and paint on a wide variety of parts with different sizes shapes and contours Operate curing oven and monitor temperature and curing cycle time Perform visual inspection on painted parts to ensure final quality Clean and maintain all paint booth apparatus such as paint guns filters etc. Makes an effort for continuous improvement to work processes for production andor quality control Responsible for following rules & regulations stated in the company handbook notices & postings. Responsible for following the written and verbal directions of leads supervisor and management Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment as well as follow the Code of Safe Work Practices.
