Painter - Construction and Maintenance

Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional of painting experience. ( Residential homes and or commercial buidling preferred)

Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Must have your own basic painting tools.

Strong attention to detail with a focius on high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Physically fit and able to lift 50 + lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.

Pay based on experience!

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching holes/cracks and applying primer as needed.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic sheeting.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers.
• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial buildings.
• Set up and safely use ladders.
• Ensure proper ventillation and follow all safety protocols on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throught the project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Inspect finished work for quality, touch up imperfections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment after each job.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving furniture when necessary.
• Follow project timelines and complete jobs efficiently without comprimising quality.
