We are seeking a Painter in the Elba, Alabama area! This position works a 1st shift schedule Monday through Friday with possible overtime. Regular hours are 6am to 5pm most days. This position has a starting pay rate of $17 per hour.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Prepare material for painting by taping, sanding, and grinding surfaces
Assist in the application and finishing of coatings
Follow established painting procedures and safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflows
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a paint suit with a respirator
Comfort working around heavy materials, noise, dust, and changing temperatures
Strong attention to safety procedures and instructions
Previous painting experience preferred but not required
