This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for long-term growth within the paint department.We are looking for team members with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.Position SummaryThe Painter Helper is responsible for supporting industrial painting operations by preparing parts, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting painters throughout the production process.
