About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Painter to join our team. This role focuses primarily on
HOA communities, painting
exterior decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and common areas. This is a great opportunity for a painter who values clean work, consistency, and working in an organized, professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, and priming
- Apply paint to decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and exterior surfaces
- Work safely on ladders, elevated surfaces, and shared-access areas
- Maintain clean, organized job sites in occupied HOA communities
- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members
- Represent Pest Patrol professionally when interacting with residents and property managers
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional painting experience
- Exterior painting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work on ladders and elevated structures
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and respectful communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work with tools for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
