SALARY: District Salary Schedule - (Grade 61: $2,951.10 monthly - Starting Salary)

WORK LOCATION: Maintenance Department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15 years of experience in residential, commercial and/or industry.
• Knowledge of paint colors and blending of paint schemes.
• Proven ability to follow guidelines of paint charts.
• Considerable knowledge of the standard practices of the paint trends from the standard to the complex.
• Apply a variety of finish materials using the proper painter's tools and equipment.
• High School Diploma
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Analyze simple drawings, specifications, and oral instructions.
• Apply a variety of finish materials using the proper painter's tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibility/supervision.
• Such alternative to the above qualification as the Board and Administrator deem appropriate and acceptable.
