Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Painter to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for spray painting steel beams and structural building components in a covered outdoor production environment while following strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an industrial setting, wearing required PPE, and performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience preferred
Experience using industrial spray guns is preferred
Must be clean shaven to maintain a proper respirator seal
Comfortable wearing a respirator and paint suit for extended periods
Ability to follow detailed instructions and coating specifications
Strong attention to quality and safety standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Spray paint steel beams and structural building components using industrial spray equipment
Apply one or more specified coatings according to production requirements
Properly prepare surfaces prior to painting operations
Inspect coated materials to ensure quality and coverage standards are met
Wear required PPE including respirator, paint suit, safety glasses, and other protective equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with moving, staging, and positioning steel materials as needed
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
Support production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial painting experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
Experience working with structural steel or metal products
Additional manufacturing, industrial, or coating certifications
Familiarity with industrial paint systems and spray equipment maintenance
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling
Ability to wear a respirator and protective paint suit for extended periods
Ability to work around industrial equipment and production operations throughout the shift
Work Environment
Covered outdoor manufacturing environment
Exposure to paint fumes, industrial coatings, noise, and production equipment
Physically active role requiring movement throughout the shift
PPE required at all times, including respirator and paint suit
Overtime available and expected based on production needs
