Painter

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to help maintain the appearance and quality of our sites. This role is responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces across multiple company locations, ensuring our properties remain professional, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces at company locations
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming as needed
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using appropriate methods and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Travel between company locations to complete assigned projects
• Perform routine maintenance and touch-up painting as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

• Ability to work on ladders and elevated surfaces when required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
