Job Description: We are a contracting company looking to hire a skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, stains, or coatings, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure job completion within deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if necessary).
