Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter (2+ years) or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
