Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter to join our team in Palm Beach County. This position involves exterior painting, surface preparation, and pressure cleaning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights using ladders and basic equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior painting
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming
- Operate pressure cleaning equipment to clean surfaces prior to painting
- Work safely on ladders and elevated areas
- Protect surrounding areas (plants, fixtures, surfaces) from paint and debris
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Ability to work on ladders and at heights
- Experience with pressure cleaning equipment preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle equipment/materials
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Previous painting or construction experience
- Familiarity with exterior coatings and finishes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
