Job Description

Our Painter is primarily responsible for applying proper painting techniques to components, engines, transmissions, cylinders and all types of vehicular equipment. What You Will Do in This Role: Maintain work area, tools and equipment to promote a clean and safe environment while painting surfaces and using appropriate methods to include automotive grade finishes Scrape, sandpaper, prime or seal surfaces prior to painting, set-up and operate machines to paint or coat products. Clean and maintain coating and painting machines and measure thickness and quality of coating, using micrometer Examine and test solutions, paints, products, and work pieces to ensure specifications are met while Operating auxiliary machines or equipment used in the coating or painting process. Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings or paints and adds to machine Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
