This role is responsible for cleaning and masking parts, mixing paints and coatings, and applying finishes while ensuring conformance to customer specifications. The position also includes measuring coating thickness, performing visual inspections, maintaining spray booth equipment, and moving parts through the finishing process using conveyors, hoists, or material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while maintaining consistent production standards.
