- Safety and Maintenance: Setting up scaffolding and ladders, following safety protocols, and cleaning tools and equipment.
- Material Selection: Selecting and mixing appropriate paints, primers, and varnishes to meet client specifications.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in residential or commercial painting, typically 2+ years.
- Physical Ability: Stamina, physical strength, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and comfort working at heights.
- Skills: Knowledge of painting tools, color theory, and surface preparation techniques.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
