Painter

PAINTER Hollander Hospitality is seeking a Painter to join our team.

The Painter performs interior and exterior brush roller and/or spray painting to maintain facilities in a state of good repair throughout our seven hotel locations, including Everett WA, SeaTac WA, Puyallup WA, Tacoma WA, and Portland OR.

STATUS

• Full-time
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed
• RATE OF PAY: $25.36 to $26.41 per hour (DOE)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of various types of equipment used in the building trades
• Painting industry standards
• Skills and Ability:
• To work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule
• To understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions
• To meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency
• Education and Experience:
• Minimum of three years experience in a similar position
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience
• License:
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state drivers license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, and kneel as required by the job
