What You'll Do
- Support painting/coatings crews on commercial & industrial job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Learn hands-on skills from experienced team members
- Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
- Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training
- Take direction well and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Need to Bring Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience
- Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials
- Reliable crew member with strong attendance
- Valid Driver's License + clean MVR
- Reliable transportation (job sites vary)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA‑10 safety knowledge or certification
- Quick learner with solid production awareness
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, active environment

- Lift 15–50 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder climbing

Working Conditions
- This position requires working indoors and outdoors at various job sites. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, humidity, and other environmental conditions. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks safely in changing environmental conditions.
