Property Details:
- 4 Bed / 3 Bath – Single Story Home
Scope of Work:
- Paint all interior walls white (including color changes in bedrooms)
- Ceiling painting
- Front area approx 12–13 ft height
- Master bedroom
- Foyer
- Rest of home approx 8 ft ceilings
- Exterior fascia paint / touch up (if needed)
- Pressure wash exterior

Requirements:
