Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching.
Apply paint, primer, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Perform interior and exterior painting.
Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work area.
Must be willing and able to obtain Lead Abrasion Certification as required
Assist with general construction and renovation projects. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment. Perform demolition, cleanup, surface preparation, and other general labor tasks. Assist skilled tradespeople as needed. Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
